Diary (81 days): A series of 81 records of daily trips made during a stay of several months in the city of Berlin. These recordings of the journeys undertaken are marked daily on the surface of a tourist map, and later transcribed onto paper using various graphical tools and strategies. The result is a perforated drawing on a blind and mute map, where the grid orientation of the map as well as the journeys have been transcribed with great accuracy and faithfully respond to the recording device and cartographic data.
In the construction of a personal diary one seeks to safeguard privacy by cryptic language. However, these enigmatic key codes often promote other parallel readings.
